Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or moral rights of any third party.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of our rendering engine.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the original text, scripts, and media you upload to our platform. However, the software, algorithms, and pre-trained avatars provided by Cuevo remain the exclusive property of Cuevo.

Upon full payment of applicable subscription fees, you are granted a commercial license to use, distribute, and monetize the final video outputs generated by our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cuevo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services. Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
